Exchanges or returns can be requested within 20 days of the delivery date. For further information, please consult our Exchange and Returns policy. Locate the UPS pre-paid return label included in your original package. Fill in the three Proforma Invoice copies and include one copy in the return package. Once you have packaged your items and attached the return label, send the parcel back to us by contacting UPS to arrange a pickup or leaving it at a designated drop-off location. We will send you an e-mail once we have received the package and approved your return request. The total amount will be refunded to your original form of payment.

How to Measure

01 Neck: Measure around the base of the neck, where the shirt collar is usually fastened.
02 Chest Circumference: Measure at the widest point of the chest under the armpits and make sure the tape is straight and taut in back as well.
03 Waist Circumference: Measure at the narrowest point of the waist just above the navel and make sure the tape is straight and taut in back as well.
